"Produced in conjunction with consultant Adam Lee (ex Siduri), Rombauer's first vintage of Pinot Noir is a rather delicate, fruit-forward offering. Sourced from several vineyards in the Santa Lucia Highlands, the 2021 Pinot Noir is medium ruby in color, with floral and herbal highlights to the strawberry and cherry fruit. Despite spending a year in one-third new French oak, it's not oaky at all but medium to full-bodied, silky-textured and mouthwatering on the finish." Wine Adovcate 90
