Our Shipping Information

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship wine to select states in accordance with state laws. We are only allowed to ship within Ohio. We cannot UPS gift baskets or beer.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery is available in the greater Cincinnati area. Local delivery days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Same-day or next-day delivery is not guaranteed. The local delivery rate is $15 per address. Orders that are sent back to us are subject to additional charges.

WINE CLUBS
There is a flat rate of $15 per month for Wine Club Members. All Wine Clubs are local delivery or will ship UPS Ground if outside of our local delivery area. UPS Wine Club shipments usually arrive within 1-3 business days of processing. Wine of the Month Clubs typically ships out during the first full week of the month.

UPS DELIVERY 
An adult signature is required for each shipment. We suggest using a work address if you or the recipient is not at home during the day. Orders that are sent back to us are subject to additional charges. The Wine Merchant is not responsible for UPS orders once they leave our store. 
The cart will calculate the rate based on the number of bottles ordered. The standard rate for each selection will be reflected in the shopping cart and will update as items in the cart are updated. 

Please note:
We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. We cannot UPS gift baskets or beer. We do not ship UPS out on Fridays. 
The Wine Merchant is not responsible for wine damaged due to weather conditions (ie freezing or extreme heat) after the wine has left our store.
