PRODUCT RETURNS
As long as a product is still in saleable condition, The Wine Merchant will accept a return and issue a full refund. A full refund covers the purchase price of the product(s) and sales tax, if applicable. Items returned without a receipt are subject to refusal. All food and beer sales are final and are not subject to returns.
The Wine Merchant reserves the right to refuse returns and not issue a refund if a product is not deemed saleable. The saleable conditions are the label is intact and has not been water-damaged, the bottle is unopened, and the product is the current vintage.
LOCAL DELIVERY RETURNS
When an order is returned to us after attempting to deliver at the address provided by the customer, we will contact the sender via provided email address to make reshipping arrangements. Reshipping will be charged at the original rate, plus an additional fee for the cost of the return shipping.
UPS RETURNS
When an order is returned to us after 3 UPS delivery attempts at the address provided by the customer, we will contact the sender via the provided email address or phone number to make reshipping arrangements. Reshipping will be charged at the original rate, plus an additional fee for the cost of the return shipping.
