"This wine shows cherry liqueur and blackberry preserves, with more herbal tones of dry rosemary sprig and bramble at the back. The 2017 Aglianico del Vulture Gricos offers a firm, tannic backbone that would cut through rare steak with coarse salt sprinkled over it. The wine opens nicely to blueberry flavors and more forest fruit the longer it stays in the glass."
