This Aligoté is hand harvested from 6.3 ha of vines located on high, cool-climate slopes of dense chalky soil, and is fermented with indigenous yeasts in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. It is aged on fine lees, also in stainless steel. Elegant, refreshing, and absolutely loaded with mineral-driven texture, this cuvée offers delicate layers of lemon blossom, yellow apple, quince, lemon curd, and spice, accompanied by fantastic precision and cut.
