From the famous X2 block at Jurassic Park, these own-rooted vines were planted in 1978 on sandy limestone soils in the coastal Santa Ynez Valley. Fermented with indigenous yeast and aged in large format barrels with minimal sulfur. Bottled unfined & unfiltered. Bright and vibrant with citrus, lemon oil, and stone fruit, this wine is intense and energetic, with heady aromatics and a long, lingering finish.
