"The first ever rosé from Arnaud Mortet of Domaine Denis Mortet! This Pinot Noir Rosé is named after Clémence Mortet's first daughter, Colette, who was born in 2022. The fruit was picked from sections of all of their holdings in Gevrey-Chambertin, including 1er Cru and Grand Cru! Coming in at a lively 12.5% alcohol, it is perfectly fresh and chiseled, with great vivacity, florality, and a tremendously textured nobility that goes beyond any standard notions of what a rosé can be. Only 250 cases produced, and it definitely has us dreaming of more. Not to be missed!" Winery notes.
