A light golden robe, this Bourgogne Aligoté presents brilliant green reflections. It gives off fine notes of hawthorn, Williams pear and hazelnut on the nose. You will discover on the palate it has notes of small white flowers and spices. Ideal as an aperitif, it also goes wonderfully with parsley ham, pâté en croûte, crustaceans, river fish and poultry.
