Green apple, honeysuckle and orange blossom, with lime leaf and lemon zest swirl on the nose. There's a hint of fresh wood and vanilla as well. The parade of citrus marches on through the palate, and turns more tropical with starfruit and pineapple. The acid is consistent and winds its way through the profile, lifting the texture and balancing the suppleness from barrel. On the finish you will find lemon curd and pie crust, along with chalk and fresh apricot. The overall length is impressive. This will be a long-lived wine.
