A blend of 40% Viognier, 30% Sauvignon Blanc, and 30% Picpoul. Picpoul Blanc is one of the older white wine varietals from southern France. It is an acidic grape that often delivers high yields. A loose translation of Picpoul means stings the lip and refers to the grapes' natural, very high acidity level. This is an exciting and rich blend. The Picpoul and Sauvignon Blanc bring brightness, acidity, and floral components while the Viognier rounds out the wine with honeysuckle and melon flavors.
